BBQ Class

Learn amazing recipes and techniques, and how to prep and cook brisket, ribs, pork, and chicken.

We are thrilled to kick off grilling season with this seasoned BBQ Class. Get ready for the smokers to be lit up as Chef Andrew Cardillo shares his tips, tricks, and secret techniques with you.

Demonstration is for 1 hour with a 1 1/2 hours reception to follow.

About Chef Andrew

Growing up in New England and New York, he embraced his Italian and Irish lineage, which inspired his love of food. Chef’s Italian “nonna” gathered her family on Sundays to celebrate everything food! The smell of simmering tomatoes in the morning, sounds of fresh meats being mixed and tenderized for dinner, the sight of pasta being rolled on the dining room table and of course the taste of it all when you sat down is what inspired him to pursue a life of food and hospitality.

On-site hotel parking complimentary (garage across street). Please bring your parking ticket to event for validation. Must be aged 21 or older to attend.
