Matching grants
We are committed to fostering development in Downtown Dallas. To demonstrate this commitment, we’re offering a 50% matching grant, up to a maximum of $25,000, for eligible projects.

Eligible projects
Our grants are exclusively awarded to projects that improve public spaces, facades, and other elements that enrich the overall aesthetic and functionality of Downtown Dallas and are located within the Downtown Improvement District (DID) boundaries.

Safety & security project
The Project will improve public security, help deter crime, and enhance the perception of public safety.

Streetscape project
The project will improve publicly accessible areas via sidewalk or other infrastructure enhancements, permanent street furnishings, public art, and ground-floor, and exterior façade rehabilitations.

Landscape project
The project will improve the appearance of a building or property’s permanent landscaping or public space(s).
