Join us at Harwood Park every Tuesday in May for Flow in The City, a free outdoor yoga series designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect in the heart of Downtown Dallas.
Each week features a different instructor guiding a 45-minute all-levels flow, blending movement, breath, and mindfulness. Stay after class to enjoy a relaxed social with local vendors, brand activations, and community connection.
