Join Downtown Dallas, Inc. (DDI), for a spooktacular evening of Halloween fun at the 8th Annual Trick or Treat on Downtown Streets in partnership with H-E-B on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31! Dress up in your scariest or silliest costumes and get ready for a night filled with treats, tricks, and lots of laughter from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
