Downtown Dallas, Inc., in partnership with the City of Dallas, has developed a program that may be helpful to local businesses during these challenging times. As social distancing requirements are changing the manner in which merchants conduct business, the need for additional use of outdoor spaces adjacent to their location may be helpful on a temporary basis. With that in mind, the City has created a new temporary pop-up patio (parklet) program that will be permitted through the Office of Special Events https://www.dallasspecialevents.com/temp-parklet/, and DDI is here to help you through the entire process.

DDI Pop-up Patio Program Informational PDF

  1. Design and permit help
  2. Payment of permit fees (OSE) on your behalf
  3. Loaning of furniture and traffic control devices
