Membership Dues
Affordable and effective membership in Downtown Dallas, Inc. is calculated in one of two ways, depending on the type of organization of business you are.
- Property owner and/or property manager - dues will be based on the gross floor area of any land and structures owned or controlled through a management contract in the greater Downtown area.
