News broke over the weekend of yet another corporate relocation to Downtown, Colliers International. Highlights from the official release…
Downtown Dallas, Inc. is thrilled to welcome Colliers International to a growing base of companies moving to Downtown. They will take 26,874 square feet on the 9th floor of the Granite Properties tower, Park Seventeen at 1717 McKinney.
Park Seventeen, which celebrated its grand opening earlier this month, is one of the largest, mixed use projects to recently open Downtown. The building is located at the northwest intersection of McKinney and Akard.
“We are excited to be between the Arts District, Woodall Rodgers Deck Park, Museum of Nature & Science, as well as Victory Park. Granite will provide an office environment Colliers employees & service professionals will be proud to call home,” said Hunter Blanks, SIOR with Colliers International.

Colliers International was represented in its lease negotiations by Hunter Blanks, SIOR and Charlie Morris, both brokers with Colliers. Jim Kirchhoff and Robert Jimenez represented Granite in the transaction. Architect for Park Seventeen is Good Fulton & Farrell. The general contractor is Austin Commercial.
