CB Richard Ellis plans to shift floors in late summer at 2100 Ross, signing a brand-new lease for 90,204 square feet of Downtown office space.

The Dallas office has leased floors 15 through 17, setting a plan in motion to vacate floors three through five. The lease nearly doubles CBRE’s footprint in downtown Dallas, where is also leases 90,971 square feet at 2100 McKinney.

The pact was negotiated by CBRE vice chairman Jeff Ellerman, executive vice president Phil Puckett and senior vice president Warren Willey. On the landlord’s side were CBRE senior vice president Dennis Barnes, vice president Celeste Fowden and senior associate Clay Gilbert. The high-rise is owned by New York-based partners Moinian Group and SMA Equities.

Also earlier this month CB Richard Ellis was named the Premier Global Brand in Commercial Real Estate, according to the 2011 Lipsey Company brand survey. CB Richard Ellis has been ranked number one in the Lipsey brand survey for ten years in a row – every year since it’s inception in 2002. They survey measures the brand perceptions of property owners, investors, lenders, brokers, and property managers. More than 25 thousand people from around the globe participated in the survey.
