On October 21, DOWNTOWNDALLAS invited representatives from the FBI, Office of Emergency Management, Dallas Police Department, Dallas Fire-Rescue, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to sit on a panel and discuss emergency preparedness in the Central Business District and current events that affect property managers, owners and security directors. The distinguished panel was moderated by Buck Revell, President of Revell Group International and former FBI Deputy Director. The panelists included: Deputy Chief Vincent Golbeck, Central Patrol Division, Dallas Police Department; Kenny Shaw, Director Office of Emergency Management, City of Dallas; Harvey “PT” Perriott, Protective Security Advisor, U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and ASAC Kevin Kolbye, FBI – Dallas.
