Two.  Being Famous…

Congratulations to Willis Winters, FAIA, assistant director for the City of Dallas Parks and Recreation Department, for being named this year’s honoree of Preservation Dallas’ Preservation Achievement Awards.  The event is scheduled for May 21 at the Kalita.  Willis is being recognized for his work as an author, tour guide, lecturer and advocate for the restoration of Dallas’ parks and landscapes.  He is also a HYPER-active AIA contributor – and all around “go-to” guy for so many of us slaving away to do good deeds here in Big D.
