Some of us treat every day as Taco Tuesday, which is why we created a list of our fave spots as the go-to resource for all things in and around Downtown. Salsa Limon
Their Mexico City style served tacos will have you coming back for more. Whether it be burritos, tortas, or street tacos, there’s literally nothing you can get and go wrong. Oh! And let’s not forget about their amazing margaritas of course.
Wild Salsa (Temporarily closed)
Stop by for authentic Mexican flavors and match their à la carte street tacos with more than 100 tequilas to choose from! Although currently closed due to COVID-19, we’ll be sure to keep you updated on their re-opening.

Queso Beso (Open Fridays and Saturdays only)
Get a taste of Tex-Mex with a vibrant, festive setting. Overlooking The Eye, the two-story restaurant is filled with pinatas and christmas lights to add an extra dazzle to the yummy tacos! Stop by and grab a few tacos and margs and enjoy the patio!
El Mero Mero Tamalero
Located at the Dallas Farmers Market, El Mero Mero Tamalero is known for serving the best tamales in Dallas since 1984. Using only the highest quality ingredients found at DFM, their tacos are also a must try! Also found on UberEats, DoorDash, and GrubHub.

Chimalma Taco Bar Co.
New to Downtown Dallas, Chimalma Taco bar Co. is known for the “mother of tacos.” The family-owned restaurant is bringing Jalisco style cuisine straight to it’s Commerce st. location. Be sure to swing by and find out what the goddess tacos are all about!

Taqueria La Ventana

Twisted Trompo
There’s a reason why this one is a local favorite. Family-owned with recipes from Mexico City, Twisted Trompo is known for big rotisserie from which meat is shaved- called trompo. Everything is made from scratch and hand-carved to order. Be sure to try out their street tacos along with tortas and other favorites!
