She is a thought leader in this area writing articles, publishing white papers, speaking at conferences and consulting with clients.

Did you know?

Beth Ann’s favorite Downtown destinations are her TracyLocke offices at 1999 Bryan Street and the Arts District.

Beth Ann is passionate about Downtown because she has passion for cities on the brink of transformation and revitalization.

Beth Ann’s favorite Downtown memory is her first introduction to Downtown, during her final job interview in November 2005. She was so impressed with the component parts: distinctive buildings and housing; multinational brands; the beginning of the Arts District, Main Street, and the Farmers Market.

Beth Ann chooses to support Downtown Dallas, Inc. because there’s so much possibility and potential. The vision in the 360 Plan is inspiring and creates a road-map for development. Now comes the reality of bringing a plan to life. I’d like to see Downtown Dallas become a world recognized city for living, working and playing.
